Post iFonebox did not find Text Content like Notes, Contacts, Messages, Call history, etc.

After trying iFonebox to recover lost data, some users find that iFonebox did not help them to find the data they need, such as the recovered notes were incomplete, the name of the Contacts showed as unknown, etc.

Recovery success varies with loss circumstances and device condition--there are no 100% guarantees in theory--but we go above and beyond. The reasons that iFonebox did not find these data you need are various, maybe these lost data has been overwritten by new data in your device or some other system files. But we also admit that as the technique limitation, some data can not be recovered by the software directly. Our programmers need to analyze the related file to locate the problem.

If you come up with these problem that iFonebox did not find all the text content like Notes, Contacts, Messages, Call history, Calendar, Safari Book, please contact us with the related files and the description of how did you lost these data and the content of the data you want to find. (For notes, it may be the date; for contacts, it may be the name or the number.) Attached screen shot is also welcomed.

When you are aware of iFonebox did not find the data you need, please make the bakeup of your device in iTunes as soon as possible(if you choose “Recover from iOS Device” as recovery mode), then follow below steps to find the data needed for analysis: (files that related to the data are attached below)

You can use iPhone data recovery software to scan your phone, if you can't find the deleted data in scan result, it maybe covered by other data, you can extract iTunes or iCloud backup.
