Before cleaning the cartridge contacts, remove the toner cartridge (https://www.v4ink.com) first, make sure that there is no debris on the cartridge contacts, and then refit the cartridge. If you are prompted to check the cartridge, clean the cartridge contacts.
Make sure to have the following materials:
1. Dry foam rubber swabs, lint-free cloths or any soft material that does not crack or leave fibers.
2. Distilled water, filtered water or bottled water (tap water may contain contaminants that can damage the cartridge)
Clean the cartridge contacts
1. Start HP ALL-IN-ONE, and then open the toner cartridge cover. The cartridge tray moves to the far right of the HP-ALL-IN-ONE.
2. Wait for the cartridge carriage to stop moving, and then unplug the power cord from the HP ALL-IN-ONE.
3. Gently press down to release the cartridge, and then pull the cartridge out of the cartridge slot.
4. Check if there is ink and debris on the cartridge contacts.
5. Immerse a clean foam rubber swab or lint-free cloth in distilled water and then twist off the excess water.
6. Hold the side of the cartridge
7. Clean copper contacts only. Let the cartridge dry about ten minutes.
8. Slide the print cartridge back into the slot. Push the cartridge forward until it stuck.
9. If necessary, repeat the above procedure to clean the other cartridge.
10. Close the cartridge cover and insert the power cord behind the HP ALL-IN-ONE.
Clean the area around the ink nozzles

4. Place the ink cartridges up on one sheet of paper.
5. Put a clean foam rubber swab into the distilled water and slightly wet it.
6. As shown below, Using a cotton swab to wipe the area around the ink nozzles.
7. Slide the print cartridge back into the slot. Push the cartridge forward until it stuck.
8. If necessary, repeat the above procedure to clean the other cartridge.
9. Close the cartridge cover and insert the power cord behind the HP ALL-IN-ONE.
