Many customers will turn to iFonebox for help when they lost photos and videos. But as we known, deleted media content like photos and videos only supported to be recovered from iTunes or iCloud Backup. The reason is that these media content are stored directly in the hard disk of device, once they are deleted, they can not be recovered any more due to the code limitation of Apple. That means you could recover lost videos and photos from iTunes or iCloud Backup with iFonebox.

But when I received e-mails from our customers, many customers even do not know they have iCloud backup which lose the chance to get their lost data back. So below I will show you how to check whether you open the iCloud backup function on your device.

Go to Settings on your device and choose iCloud

If you opened the function of iCloud Backup, which means it will help you make the backup automatically and once you are aware of losing the videos and photos you need, you could use the function of “Recover from iCloud Backup”in iFonebox to help you extract these data you need.
